Singing since the age of 8, bethmae has undergone 5+ years of professional vocal coaching and has three qualifications in music, including a Foundation Degree and most recently graduated with BA Honours in Music. She writes and records in her spare time, using the opportunities the university has given her to hone her craft.

Taking inspiration from Pop artists such as Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen and Julia Michaels, she infuses her roots in Country and her theatrical background to put her own individual twist on Pop music, creating something unique to herself.
